Most legal problems do not arrive one at a time.
The senior manager pushed out after raising a grievance also holds a visa that depends on the job. The founder going through a divorce also has a company that both sides now want valued. The consultant facing a discrimination claim also has a reputation that will be searched by every future client.
The usual answer is three firms. An employment solicitor who does not handle immigration. An immigration adviser who does not know what the tribunal claim will do to the timeline. A family lawyer who has never seen the shareholders’ agreement. Each one is competent. None of them is looking at the whole thing, and the gaps between them are where clients lose money.
We are a small firm on purpose. Your matter is supervised by a partner from the first call to the last, across every area it touches. Nobody has to be briefed. Nothing falls between teams.

Equality Act & Discrimination
Discrimination claims are not capped at a year’s pay. If you have been treated differently because of your race, sex, disability, age, religion or belief, the claim is worth what the harm is worth.
Family law
Divorce where there is a business, a good property portfolio, assets in any other country, or a pre or post nuptial agreement somebody now wants to challenge. Children who need to be protected by custody and contact.
Immigration
Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker and sponsor licences. Settlement, citizenship, and refusals that are worth appealing. Refused visit visas, fines or cancelled UKVI sponsor licences.
AI law & Governance
The UK has no AI Act. That does not mean AI is yet unregulated. It means the rules sit in areas like data protection, employment and discrimination law, where the liability actually has always been.

A solicitor handles your matter
Not a paralegal with the partner practically absent. The person you meet at the first meeting is the person who is involved throughout the case. At £400 an hour, you are paying for a partner’s time, so you should get it.

We will tell you when a case is not worth running
The advice that costs us a client is the advice worth paying for. If the claim is weak, the settlement on the table is good, or the costs will outrun the outcome, we say so at the first meeting rather than the fourth.

We do not do everything
No conveyancing, no road traffic, no personal injury, no wills. We focus exclusively on eight interconnected legal areas. We only manage overlapping fields, ensuring our clients receive seamless, specialized support across the complex intersections of their lives
